We believe that all work should be based on proven methods and frameworks that have been tested in real environments. In our research we identified that the Business Model Canvas from Dr. Osterwalder is a robust framework to base our analysis and work with independent software vendors (ISVs). We have built our workshop and seminar modules covering each building block in the business model canvas.
